About the North East Business Awards 2017

Hosted in association with the North East England Chamber of Commerce, the North East Business Awards is a prestigious event that every business in the North East of England would like to win an accolade at. Its Small Business Award is one of its most coveted titles, and as the search for the 2017 winner gets under way more and more smaller companies are looking to prove their worth to gain the sought-after award. Sponsored by housing group Bernicia, a long-time supporter of the awards, the Small Business Award is open to companies that consist of 75 or less full time employees and have a proven track record within their industry sector.

It’s not just the Small Business Award that is up for grabs, 2017’s categories include Apprenticeship, Best Creative Company, Company of the Year, Digital and Social Media Award, Export Award, Heart of the Community, Innovation Award, Let’s Grow Award, Manufacturing Award, Newcomer of the Year, Not-for-Profit Organisation of the Year and Services Award.

How to enter

Entering your business into or nominating a business for the North East Business Awards 2017 is easy, and you have from now until Friday 6th January 2017 to enter. Simply login or register at nebusinessawards.co.uk and create your award entry. You also have the option to save and amend your entry before you submit.

Whilst the North East Business Awards Grand Final takes place in April, regional ceremonies, including the Tyneside & Northumberland Business Awards, Durham, Sunderland & South Tyneside Business Awards and Teesside Business Awards, take place from 2nd to 30th March 2017.
